  • Signature Cut

    Clipper and scissor work tailored to how you wear it, finished with a hot-towel neck shave and a light style. Includes a wash.

  • Skin Fade

    A tight, blended fade from the skin up — bald, low, mid, or high. Clean lineup and a finish. Best dialed in with a first-time consult.

  • Cut + Beard

    A full haircut plus a beard trim and shape, both finished with hot towels and oil. The complete reset.

  • Buzz + Lineup

    A single-guard buzz with a crisp lineup at the hairline and neck. In and out.

  • Kid's Cut

    A cut for kids 12 and under — clipper, scissor, or both, at whatever pace the day allows.

Shaves & Beard

  • Beard Sculpt

    Trim, shape, and detail the beard with clipper and razor, then hot towels and oil. Great on its own between cuts.

  • Hot-Towel Straight-Razor Shave

    The full ritual — hot towels, pre-shave oil, a straight-razor shave in two passes, and a cold finish. Slow on purpose.

  • Head Shave

    A smooth razor head shave with hot towels front to back, plus a finishing balm. Book a consult first if it's your first time.

I've been cutting for ten years — five in a busy downtown shop, five behind my own chair. I opened Blackbird to do the work the way I actually like it: unhurried, precise, and the same price whoever's in the chair. I cut every hair type and texture, and I'm as comfortable with a tight skin fade as I am with a grown-out scissor crop. Beard sculpts and straight-razor shaves are half of what I do — bring a reference or just a rough idea and we'll talk it through first. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment.

The chair only holds so many people a day, so 24 hours' notice matters. Inside 24 hours I keep 50% of the service; same-day no-shows are billed in full and need a deposit to rebook. A text is fine — I'll get back to you.
